Before baking, I spent years as an Engineer and Entrepreneur, running a preschool for over a decade. That experience taught me discipline, structure, and the importance of teaching with clarity—skills I now bring to every class.I started Cremez to make baking accessible, structured, and enjoyable for everyone. Today, I guide beginners and home bakers to build confidence, master techniques, and even grow their passion into a profitable business—all one delicious bake at a time.
